We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Receptionist/Admin Officer to join our professional team.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide our clients with exceptional service and a positive experience.

The position:

  • Fulltime, permanent opportunity
  • Starting ASAP
  • Deakin West location
  • 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
  • Free parking available

The Role:

  • First point of contact for public and clients
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
  • Diary management and appointment booking
  • Updating and maintaining Client database
  • Maintaining excellent document management standards
  • Organising outgoing mail
  • Providing administrative support to Management
  • Maintain standard of reception area and meeting room
  • Working supportively within a team environment

  • Excellent client/customer service focused experience (essential)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist/administration role (essential)
  • Intermediate MS Office experience (essential)
  • Cert III or IV qualifications in Administration, Business or Accounting (desirable)
  • Experience in an Accounting firm environment (highly desirable)
  • Experience with CITRIX (highly desirable)
